About Us

With over 15 years of experience in property sales and rental, Vancesony Property Management (Pty) Ltd (“VPM”) was started by Elizabeth Meyer (“Liz”) in 2003, only officially beginning trading under the name VPM in 2006. Offering building management and administrative services, Liz identified an opportunity for client focused service delivery within the Property Management industry.

Liz is a registered member of the National Association of Managing Agents and attends regular seminars and workshops pertaining to the rapidly changing application of laws governing the Sectional Title Act 95 of 1986 (“the Act”) she also holds The EAAB compliance fidelity certificates for both the firm and principal and EAAB Professional Designation Exemption.

Due to an expanding portfolio VPM has recently employed the services of a legal and operations manager to ensure the VPM service offering is efficient and always evolving to suit the needs and best interest of the individual client.

THE VPM DIFFERENCE

Sectional title management can be a difficult, onerous and time consuming task. As such VPM, as administrator and manager will assist the Client in ensuring compliance with all the rules and regulations pertaining to the Act. VPM promotes empowerment and education of the trustees to ensure they are effectively equipped to carry out their fiduciary duties within their portfolio and to the body corporate as a whole.

Without the delivery of efficient management and administrative services the Client may encounter difficulties of both a financial and administrative nature. A lack of service delivery by a managing agent not only wastes the time of trustees, the money of all owners and in a worst case scenario can result in the financial ruin of a body corporate.

VPM through its hands on and visible approach creates an cohesive relationship with the owners, staff, contractors and trustees and aims to eliminate the time, reduce the frustration and as far as possible, minimise the financial burden involved in building management and administration.

The appointment of a professional managing agent thoroughly acquainted with the requirements of the Client is the greatest asset to the successful management and stability of any body corporate.
